[問題] ssense刷卡確認問題
請有經驗的大家幫幫我 我在12/23下午有下訂單 後來ssence有發兩封信
ssence客服的主要摘要:
Please note that at this time,
we have not yet validated and shipped your
order as we have not heard from you regarding the small amount charge.
In order for us to proceed with your order, we ask that you provide us with
the value of the small transaction made by SSENSE.
請問我到底該怎麼問我的刷卡銀行阿?因為我問過匯豐兩次了
我問12/24凌晨應有一筆款項，我想知道對方刷了多少嗎
但匯豐就是說 12/24凌晨沒有人刷,最近有刷的只有12/23下午我下ssense訂單那次總金額
阿..有好心人可以告訴我 ssense到底再問我什麼阿
我到底該怎麼問匯豐客服....(抱頭) 我不想被ssense取消單阿~~~我想要那件衣服..
