[問題] Hollister退全額?
在台灣跨區用美國官網刷卡訂了衣服送到美國朋友宿舍
11/16訂的 預計到達日寫11/25
昨天我朋友跟我說還沒收到
但fedex顯示delivered..

他回我

之後寄了一封email給我 但我也不知道是什麼意思
客服的意思是全額退費?還是沒貨的才退... 實在搞不懂
