[問題] eBay GSP 都無法付款!?

很久沒有在 eBay 買東西，後來看到現在都會多一個 import charge 的費用爬文一下才發現有 GSP 這種東西~ 但現在我買完一樣東西後,系統都不讓我直接付款系統都會出現一個 alarm ~ One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected Change your address or remove the items to continue You may also contact the seller for an exception 這個住址基本上一直都使用過不致於有什麼問題,所以問客服後,他們要我向賣家 "requesting total" , 但是一旦我執行完這個後,這個賣家則給我一個新的帳單但原本的運送費用 GSP 應該是 $66,但現在他給一個新的帳單運費是 USPS $254 當然我就不肯付這筆錢,堅持要走 GSP 而不走 USPS，所以後來一直搞不定, 後來這賣家就說先取消然後再重新刊登,他會確定 GSP 是否有勾選到結果現在取消後重新得標後的結果還是一樣,我還是無法付款, 所以又再次"requesting total" 結果這次賣家的回覆說: Hi there- I went to send you an invoice and your address is still coming up as Taiwan?!? Did you do what you needed to do to participate in the GSP? Please rectify this, as we have wasted too much time on this.
