[問題]Gmarket三個月還不退款
大家好 我是Gmarket新手
想要請問有沒有人遇到類似情況可以幫助我一下
我在去年九月在Gmarket訂了四樣商品
然後Gmarket說取消我的訂單因為
cancellation process due to delay on verify your ID (取自原email)
其中有兩樣已經退款
但是剩下兩樣遲遲不退 大約有107500韓幣
三個月中 我寫了好多信詢問 回復都千篇一律
When we sent the message to each seller informing to hold your item's delivery,
two sellers ignored the message and sent the items to our warehouse.
We sent the two items back to the sellers so we can give you a refund for the
items upon the two sellers' notifications that they received the
items back, but in fact we never received any reply from them.
As of right now we are on a process of confirming whether or not the sellers
have received the items back, and the whole process may take a few business
days to be completed.
我也嘗試打客服電話 (+82 2 1566 5701)(希望我有打對啊~)
但始終打不通
我已經山窮水盡不知道該怎麼辦了?
有人有類似經驗 或者有什麼其他退款經驗可以幫忙分享一下嗎?
