[問題] AE 的退貨問題

事情是這樣的本來我的訂單因為沒有收到信用卡授權： Unfortunately, we were unable to receive the credit authorization necessary to process your order. 我另外找了別人合購並且由他的帳號下單，在確定訂單成立後，我回信去跟AE說要取消原本那張訂單，但隔天睡起來卻是收到MAIL通知舊的訂單成立，同時我的手機也收到銀行的刷卡通知，1~2個小時之後收到AE的罐頭回覆： Our goal at AE is to process your order as quickly as possible, therefore, once an order has been processed we are unable to change any order details or cancel an order. You may refuse delivery of the unopened package and a refund will be processed upon return to the warehouse. 我就再次發信去問他退款費用的問題，今日收到回覆如下： DHL will not charge any additional fees if you refuse delivery for the package . Once the order is received back in the warehouse, you will be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise only. All shipping charges are non-refu ndable. 不知道我的理解有沒有問題，我認為意思是50美金不會退回，但是從台灣送回美國的運費也會跟我收嗎？也就是50+50=100美金，AE的回覆讓我無法確認這點，而且要是真的要再多收一次50美金，那我乾脆轉賣還比較划算，有沒有誰有AE退貨經驗的人，可以解答這個問題，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.226.247
