[問題] asos未要求退貨卻收到退貨通知
第一次訂購Asos出問題了想請問大家
4/22訂購 4/23送出的貨品
到了這幾天還沒收到 所以上Asos的facebook詢問
他回覆5/22就會收到 請我耐心等待
今天卻收到一封這樣的信
Dear xx,
Thank you for your recent order;
we can confirm that we have received your returned item/s.
The following item/s have been refunded as requested
**Any funds due should appear on your bank statement
within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are
dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control)
請問這是被退貨的意思嗎
可是我並沒有提出任何的退貨要求阿
