[問題] Vitamin Shoppe 要我附上輸入許可?

我之前在vitacost買過二次相關產品(不是維他命)，都沒問題，前天在Vitamin Shoppe 買了三瓶 Ocuguard Plus W/Lutein(維他命+葉黃素的產品)，總價67美金，總共才360 粒，進台灣海關應該不會有問題才對。結果昨天收到Vitamin Shoppe這封信： Thank you for your most recent order with the Vitamin Shoppe. Shipments of vitamins require an import license from the National Laboratories of Food and Drugs, Department of Health.
