[問題] 跟美國lenovo購物用amazon payment沒收到

我在6/24跟美國lenovo買我的筆電延長保固 lenovo網站顯示Status: Shipped on 06/27/2011 可是我一直到八月多都還沒收到,中間也透過Amazon寄了兩封信過去 到這禮拜申請了File Claim Amazon寄了一封信給我: The seller has confirmed that the order was sen to your email address on file for this purchase. If they are not in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk and/or spam filters. We ask that you confirm the receipt of the order by replying to this message that this item has been received so that we can close this claim . Please note that we ask that you reply to this e-mail within three (3) business days.
