[問題] billing address 問題

請教各位 我在 www.NothingButSoftware.com 下訂 billing address 填我的名字 + 同學@美國的地址 shipping address 填同學的名字+美國地址 卡是刷我的, 信用卡帳單地址是台灣 剛收到一封信如下 Thank you for placing your order with www.NothingButSoftware.com. Because of the high rate of credit card fraud, it is our policy, to only ship to the billing address when the address is outside the US.
