[問題] 在kipling官網購物授權問題

文長...... 上個月我在kipling官網購買3個包包,當時寄到美國a朋友家,billing ad.和shipping sd. 都是寫a朋友家,官網很快出貨也都收到了 結果過3,4天後,因同事要買,a朋友剛好不便,我就改寄b朋友家...一樣billing ad.和\ shipping ad.改寫b朋友家的住址,同一張信用卡,但這次買了300多美金, 結帳當天下午即收到已刷卡1萬多元的簡訊 隔天官網寄信給我,內文如下 Thank you for shopping at http://www.Kipling-USA.com. Unfortunately, your order is currently suspended because we are having difficulties obtaining authorization on your credit/bank/debit card. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We will attempt to update your information and would appreciate your assistance in this process. First, please contact your credit card institution or issuing bank to verify the billing information you provided us matches the information they have on file for you. Next, please call our Customer Service Department at XXXXXXXXXX immediately so we may update your order with the correct information. You provided us with the following information: Name: XXXX Billing Address: ABCDE Credit Card ending with: **************00 We will automatically attempt to reprocess your order. If we are successful, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and you will not need to complete the above-mentioned steps to process your order. If your order is still in suspended status at the end of the 48 hours from when this e-mail was sent, your order will be cancelled. We look forward to hearing from you. 我想說是不是我的BILLING AD.不對,結果打電話去告知說沒有錯,且銀行已經刷卡成功 後來我很白痴的說我是台灣來的...她又問那你的BILLING AD.怎麼是美國?? 我就說那我馬上改,請幫我確認後寄出!! 更改BILLING AD.後又寫信去請他們確認,然後幫我寄出 結果官網回信如下 Thank you for contacting www.Kipling-USA.com. Please accept our apologies for the difficulties that you have experienced with your order xxxxxxxxx. Unfortunately, there is still a processing error with your payment information. You will need to contact us as soon as possible at xxxxxxxx with your updated or alternate credit or debit card information. We are open 24 hours a day for your convenience. bill address是指信用卡的帳單地址,你不應該填朋友的

billing ad應該填你信用卡的帳單地址 另外寄件地址
