[問題] paypal可以取消付款重新再付一次嗎?
我是ebay新手,有些疑問想請教版上各位前輩
我在ebay得標一件東西,結標當天就用paypal付錢
三天後我查銀行帳戶已經被paypal扣款,但是ebay上狀態一直是unclaim
但是同時期或晚幾天結標付的帳款都已經claim
我問賣家收到錢沒,直到結標第七天賣家才回答
第一次回答的原文如下:
Hi, No i havent received the payment. im not sure what has happened. could
you recheck that you have paid this to my account.
我的疑問:
一般不是paypal先扣住錢,賣家確認買家付款後就寄出東西
等買家收到東西無誤後給正評,賣方才能從paypal拿到錢嗎?
賣家第二次的回答原文如下:
Hi, I just checked, paypal need to process your payment. Once it goes through
i will post the item
我又再問他有沒有點claim鍵確認帳款?
他回答因為他電子郵件的問題,沒有辦法收到錢,叫我取消付款再付一次
原文如下:
Hi the reason i did not receive the payment is because the email address that
i provided had an error on it. Please could you cancel the first payment on
paypal and then pay the amount to the correct email address.
但是paypal已經扣錢,取消付款paypal會立刻退錢還是拖上好一陣子?
目前問題點不在我這邊,應該由賣家跟paypal洽詢
到目前為止我感覺他都把問題推到我這邊叫我處理......
請教各位前輩關於這樣的問題有沒有比較好的建議和做法?
其他賣家都很快寄出東西,只有這個賣家拖拖拉拉,我都快沒興致了......

謝謝你的建議,我已經決定要paypal退錢了
但是在paypal找不到dispute的選項
現在那筆帳在paypal上依然顯示unclaim
點detail進去拉到最下面可以按的選項只有cancel
我怕取消後賣家反咬我不付錢（我懷疑賣家根本不想賣我....）
我該怎樣才能拿回錢?直接點cancel嗎?這種情況該如何處理比較好?

我還沒回答取消付款的問題,賣家又來信,很急著要我取消第一次付款再重付錢.....
原文如下:
Hi, did you receive my last email? You need to cancel the first payment and
resend the payment to xxxxx@hotmail.com(以上匿名) The first payment you sent
was the wrong email address which is why i cant claim the payment.
問他問題的時候拖拖拉拉好幾天才回答,催人到十萬火急......
