[問題] 看不太懂USPS在做什麼??
先前有蠻多次在EBAY購物的經驗了,
但這次的寄送過程真的看不太懂USPS是怎麼處理郵件的..
因為賣方是寄registered,所以有tracking number可以查,
但看了真的是一頭霧水...有先進可以幫我解惑嗎?

很納悶的是, July,27 International Dispatch之後,
為什麼到了Aug.08 郵件又回到了 JAMAICA, NY 呢??
有寫信請賣方去郵局幫我問了,但也沒下文...
還請各位先前指導一下,非常感謝...
