[問題] 在國外購物，但是已過了一個月物品還沒有收到!!

買了內衣。是在九月底買的，後來過了快一個月都沒有收到
所以，我就在前幾天寫信去問。
內容是希望對方給我，郵件的編號這樣我才能查到包裹目前
是在那?

說這不是郵件編號，所以查不到。
我也到USPS，利用這組號碼去查，也是查無資料。
我想請教大家，接下來我應該如何要做，才能找到我的包裹呢?
或是有可能請對方重新寄給我嗎?
P.S 信用卡已經付款了。
