[問題] 網路購物但是英文看不太懂

我只看得懂他可以寄世界各地 然後都是用美國郵政
兩三個禮拜到
可是運費17.5那邊我就看不太懂了
是一件物品就17.5還是全部17.5
還是說一開始就加17.5然後再逐件計算??
