[問題] AE官網購買問題
我在AE官網下單後填的住址是我在美國的朋友的
但是不小心把billing address和mailing address填成一樣的
(都填成我朋友的)
所以AE發現合我的信用卡公司提供的資料不符
把我的訂單暫停處理
並寄來這封信

verification process and the name, billing address or Phone number supplied
was not a complete match with the information your credit card company
has on file.
For your protection this order was not allowed to process further.

billing address and billing phone number as it appears on your
statement,or call 1.866.338.2389 between the hours of 8-5pm EST,
Monday - Friday.

我看了後把我登記信用卡的台灣地址(翻成英文)電話 姓名
都寄回去
但是過了3天都還沒有收到任何AE的回覆
用追蹤碼查我的訂單進度也都不是顯示processing
請問我該怎麼辦呢?
再下單會不會重複訂到一樣的東西
但是不趕快解決又怕折扣的東西賣光了>"<
拜託好心的板友幫忙解決問題好嗎???
