[問題] AF訂單被取消, 差不多多久會刷退呢?
想請問一下..
7/13 凌晨下 Order 也有收到 ORDER CONFIRMATION
但在 7/13 晚上就收到 ORDER CANCELLATION
但他給的信息是, 以下...
We were unable to verify the information provided on your order. Your credit
card/giftcard has not been charged. If you feel this cancellation is in
error, please contact us.
可是打去信用卡公司,卻已經入帳了..
那這樣Order是有過還是沒過呢? 還是AF會刷退呢?
第一次訂搞不請楚狀況,想說如果刷退了,就直接請朋友去店面買就好.
省得在被 CANCEL ....
