[問題]我這樣換貨有問題嗎?

請問一下各位
我6月18日在國泰航空網站上購買了免稅品
約6月23日收到貨
但是我收到貨後 發現產品有瑕疵
所以我在6月24日就用EMS把產品寄回去 並提供電話 電郵給他們
並說明說我要換貨
EMS顯示他們在6月25日就收到貨了
我也有用電郵(英文)通知他們
可是到現在我都沒有收到任何回應....
請問我該怎麼辦呢?
我應該沒有遺漏環節才對阿
該公司退貨條款如下:
Guarantee
All items offered by CXcitement Online Shop are quality guaranteed. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our appointed
handling agent, SmartPack International Pty Ltd, directly for a replacement
of the same product or refund within 7 days of receipt in original packaging,
together with the reason of your return. For your protection, we recommend
you use insured parcel post for shipment and retain the receipt.
International returns will only be accepted by prepaid parcel post. Please
include your email address if possible, your contact phone / fax number,
together with your returned item(s) so that SmartPack International Pty Ltd
can notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned
item(s). Please send the returned item(s) to the following address:

CXcitement Online Shop will only refund the net value of the goods and not
