[問題] Personal account 收$2843 instant payment 要收費???
我的account type是persoanl.最近收一筆instant payment$2843. PAYPAL 說estimated fee $96.96
2843 X 3.4% + 0.3=$96.96 為何是乘3.4?????
PALPAL personal account 收 paypal instant tranfer應該是free的?不是嗎????
