一切都是一時衝動買了一件衣服,又不會用paypal 剛剛paypal寄了一封信,但是看的半懂不懂,想請教一下什麼意思 This is a reminder that you need to enter your Expanded Use Number to complete your enrollment in PayPal's Expanded Use Program.
