[問題] 吃蛋糕需要吃羅氏鮮嗎?
我的飲食長期都沒變
早上都吃蛋糕(瑞士奶油捲、奶凍捲之類的)
中午、晚餐都沒吃飯以吃菜
然後每星期至少會3~4天去游泳、或爬樓梯1個小時
這樣的方式已經維持好幾年
恐怖的是在一年內我的體重一下子暴增10公斤
醫生也找不出原因、我增加了運動量還是繼續胖
(前提示我的飲食習慣一直沒改變)
所以最近開始嘗試羅氏鮮
不過不同的藥局有不同的說法
有的說早上吃的蛋糕是醣類,不需要吃羅氏鮮,吃了只是浪費
但有的藥局卻說蛋糕是乳化油做的,所以當然要吃
害我現在搞混了
想請教一下前輩們的意見..謝謝..^_^
