[哀號] 越減越肥的心酸
我發現我只要一吃多就會胖,而且只是多吃了一點點而已
而且我指的多吃只是多吃了2顆饅頭而已(而且還不是山東大饅頭)
(因為有看別人的網誌說用三低一高的攝取熱量法減重)
有人會說一定只是誤差而已
可是誤差不可能一個禮拜都還在身上吧
我媽說了”減肥就是一輩子少吃,像名模那樣”
可是我不可能一輩子都只吃基代1.2~1.3倍或是更少吧
運動對我而言也沒用耶,我開始加強運動之後,體脂率都沒變19%~21%浮動
但是我開始運動後體重從49kg變成55.5kg
(49kg到51 kg到53 kg到55 kg,7月到10月)
臀圍從89cm到93.5m,大腿從50cm變成51.5cm,腹圍最扯79cm到87cm
運動根本就不會讓人保持苗條
網路文章中有一篇「運動才能保持身材,飲食次之」屁勒!!!!!!!!!!!
難道我這輩子都要為了體重”永遠”少吃嗎
為什麼我是這種超易胖體質阿…..
我已經無計可施了,所謂的運動根本就是騙人的??
一直以來都相信fitness所崇尚的運動,難道這對我而言一點都不管用嗎
我要瘦下來的方法難不成就只剩仙女餐了嗎…
我可以了解那些所謂實行仙女餐,吃減肥藥的女生的想法,不就是瘦不下來了
才只能用這種方法嗎,能運動瘦誰不要阿,但是我就是標準的瘦不下去的人阿
我禮拜一要去試試看中醫埋線了,真的不行我就要往仙女餐邁進了
這文我也只敢在BB版PO,在FIT版因該會被回”健康就好”,”持續運動”啥的
可是我想要苗條纖細
而且我累了
(我很好奇,割小腸這玩意,是有錢就能做嗎??還是一定要BMI32以上??
我擔心仙女餐也沒效,要想個計劃B)
