[閒聊] 關於鄭多燕的DVD~~~
上禮拜收到當時合購大團的鄭多燕DVD了
趕緊先每片快速瀏覽一下
之後就開始一天跳一片囉
原本是想要照著之前有大大分享的規律
我先來講講我跳的心得好了
第一片真的著重於腰和手臂
手臂到後面真的都快要舉不起來了
而且我有發現右後方的男舞者
它有偷偷休息唷哈哈
(提外話:他乍看好像趙又廷唷)
但我很好奇
他封面寫"有酸素"是翻譯成有氧的意思吧
但做完這個心跳真的有達到130以上嗎
基本上我根本沒有喘耶 但手酸到一個不行倒是真的
而且汗也是狂飆一直滴一直滴
第二片我沒有亞鈴 而且感覺又是著重於手臂
所以目前還沒做過= =
第三片比第一片輕鬆一點點
腳的地方著重比較多
如果想要不要太累可以做這片
第四片..........
好難好難好難
我光剛開始的腿張開坐在地板上
腰就很難挺直耶
然後還要左右動什麼的 真的好難...
接下來腹部真的整個都在抖
然後依舊是手臂在上上下下 好酸好酸
我通常到躺者屁股單腳抬起來那裡
就準備要關視窗了 = =
真的撐不下去耶
想上來聽聽大家跳的心得
我現在跳都會跟著她們一起唸很不標準的英文
因為感覺唸了會激勵自己順便幫自己數時間
雖然不知道這樣算不算是有氧運動拉...
但這樣每天能流個30分鐘的汗
對身體應該也只有好處沒有壞處拉^^
