借本題問一下 + 分享
我也是體重沒變 不過腰圍少將近3吋 臀圍少1吋
有意識地開始減肥運動是最近3個禮拜
因為等報到很閒 所以每天踩至少1hr的腳踏車
玩wii的瑜珈+肌肉訓練=1hr
然後上禮拜開始隔天伏地挺身10下 有去fitness參考某網誌的方法
裡面提到上身時伸直手臂也會練到三頭肌 所以我都做很慢 然後只做一半
因為每次做完之後 隔天腋下那裡超級酸 (手臂也會酸但只有一點)
所以沒辦法天天做 這樣對胸肌的養成還會有效果嗎?
或是我應該忍痛天天都做? 因為伏地挺身真的好難阿 ><
10下已經是我的極限了
