[待批] 減肥這樣吃ok嗎
早餐 : (1)桂格燕麥片+德森蜜金蛋白奶粉 = 200大卡
(2)香蕉1根+蘋果+500cc開水 = 150大卡
午餐 : 白飯1碗至1碗半或野菜粥
至少2種自己種的青菜
白斬雞、豬肉
晚餐 : 都吃外面,一個便當跟男友一人一半
或是湯麵、水餃、鍋貼、油飯.....
本來每天一瓶茶x王或是其它有糖600cc飲料,現在2~4
天才會喝一瓶,大部份時間是喝水。宵夜已經十天沒吃
了~應該會持續不吃。
我想問一下,我這樣的菜單還ok嗎?
我都盡量吃到1200大卡,只是晚餐真的很不容易
控制,都不知道要吃什麼了QQ
因為早上和中午已經有吃澱粉,晚餐不想再吃那麼多澱粉,
那我晚餐該吃什麼才好?吃水果嗎?
