[閒聊] IHG購買大使後贈的5000點
之前在板上就看到有人沒收到
這次第一次購買大使 也遇到了!
我發現 這個BUG應該是會發生在 直接成為Spire Ambassador 時
以下是官方給我的回信
" We would like to inform you that due to the production challenges our
third party vendor experienced for Spire Ambassador kits before,
the 5,000 bonus points in a voucher form was not included by cause of an error.
We apologize for any frustration this has caused. In this regard, we have
issued 5,000 points to your account in lieu of the missing bonus points.
The above adjustment should be available for immediate viewing in your
online account which can be accessed by visiting www.intercontinental.com.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you
as we value your patronage."
如果已經是SPIRE才購買大使的,不用再傻傻從信中找兌換碼了
