[分享] IHG Match P卡成功
蒙受版上前輩分享,啟蒙小弟IHG的妙用無窮。
在跟了BIG WIN 並用IHG Club 住了兩晚後,
在2013/10/22嘗試用
Accor P、HHonor Gold、SLH Love menbership
(皆為Print Screen)
進行Match。
於是乎得到這樣的回應,
We have ordered a new Platinum membership kit for you, which you shall
receive within the next 2 to 4 weeks. Your membership level will be valid
through the end of 2014. Please be informed that in order for you to retain
your Platinum status, you have to accumulate at least 50 qualifying nights or
earn 60,000 points in a calendar year. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to
the next level of membership which will correspond to the amount of points or
nights you have accumulated in 2014.
不過在2013年跨到2014年後,2014年1月預定HIX Madrid時發現,
我被Downgrated回Club等級,入住的Points也沒P卡加成。
因此在前些日子的時候,我寫了下面的信給客服(全文附上,順便給版友做參考):

Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm responding to the email dated October 24,2013. I had requested for an
Platinum Elite status match of Priority Club on last year; and IHG Rewards
Club did promise and order a new Platinum membership kit for me.
However, I only got the Platinum membership in the duration from November to
now; and I had been downgraded to Club membership because of unknown reasons.
In addition, I also loss the points because of the membership downgrading
when I booked the Madrid Airport on Jan 21st,2014.
I look forward to hearing from your reasonable responds, hoping I could get
my Platinum Elite status as well as the Points back as soon as possible.
So that I can continue to plan my journey with IHG in the future.

短短的兩天過後
IHG 客服回應我
1.每年年末他們會從新檢視會員資格,因為我的入住天數與點數未到維持P卡等級資格,
所以系統自動Downgraded。
2.我Match P卡資格是到2014年末,
所以IHG回復我的P卡資格與入住HIX Madird未加成的Points。
所以,我又再次取回了P卡資格~

Each year, we evaluate Rewards Club accounts to see who among our members
have achieved enough qualifying nights or earned the right amount of points
to maintain their status for the following year.Those who failed to do so are
downgraded to the next lower level i.e. Platinum to Gold or Gold to Club.
Since your account has been upgraded through our Competitor Programs which is
a form of goodwill gesture, it has been automatically downgraded. However, we
have re-upgraded your account to Platinum status. This should be available
for immediate viewing in your online account which can be accessed through
www.ihgrewards.com.
Please be reminded that the status match is for one-time exception only and
the validity of the upgrade will be until the end of the current year.
Further, we have reviewed your request for credit on your stay and we have
confirmed that the previous posting of the stay in question was done
inadvertently. In this regard, we have made the necessary adjustment in order
for your account to receive the appropriate amount of credits.
