[問題] 德亞購買訂單被取消
我在德國亞馬遜購買電子零組件，直寄台灣
起初下訂後帳號被鎖了，請我傳認證資料，
驗證完帳號解鎖，但是訂單被取消，
有寫說被銀行拒絕，後來有聯絡銀行，銀行認為高風險拒絕
有請他們開通，重刷還是被取消，有換卡甚至用簽帳卡，
還買了禮品卡想說部分用禮品卡餘額用刷的，
結果訂單都被取消，寫信給客服，收到回信:
Thank you for contacting Amazon.de
I trust this email finds you well.
I am sorry to learn the item keeps getting cancelled as you purchase, this is
due to the name on the account and difference in name on the credit card.
Amazon and your bank is not approving this purchase and in most cases you
will be prompted to send us verification documents.
Please ensure names match and kindly note in terms of the gift card your
verification is under review so at the moment you will not be able to use the
gift card to purchase with the gift card.
I trust my assistance is well received.

好像是說我帳號跟信用卡名字不一樣，我才去改我帳號基本資料，
而且好像說我得禮品卡暫時不能用?我後續有問銀行
銀行那邊表示他們只收到一筆(時間約為第一筆)
所以可以確認後面訂單都是亞馬遜直接取消的，後續該怎麼辦?
