一開始我大約每兩個月會做一次光療但是卸甲的時候很傷指甲(眼看指甲越來越薄~又很容易斷裂) 後來開始在網路上購買一些指甲貼紙(好啦! 越買越多了) 自己弄指甲的時候真的特別開心~另一方面可以省點錢第一次的作品是同事的手借我試弄 1.http://pic.pimg.tw/champignon50/1359622748-2171717155_n.jpg
