[問題] 36歲職場媽媽想減脂求指教
我的問題:
媽媽我2/5生產完83公斤(體脂不可考),自三月開始飲食控制,五月體重到降到63公斤
(體脂35.9%)後加入運動,至9/21量體重體脂率分別為55公斤/28%。
我的目標是半年內達成50公斤/體脂率20%。
請問飲食和運動應再如何安排?先謝謝各位前

飲食內容:
早餐:7-11御飯團和大杯無糖拿鐵或雙蛋吐司不加醬和黑咖啡。
午餐:一週約有兩天會吃subway六吋雞肉潛艇堡和脫脂牛奶一杯。其它天幾乎是自己帶餐
盒,主要是肉類2/3個手掌大、兩份青菜(大約是花椰菜一顆、鴻禧菇一包)。
烹調方式就一般,並非水煮餐。
晚餐:跟午餐ㄧ樣。如果沒煮就是燒臘店的烤雞腿便當(去皮不加飯)。
其他:中午運動前會吃200~300克地瓜。
晚上九點肚子餓會吃一碗熱紅豆湯或ㄧ碗無糖優格加一匙半椰糖加ㄧ把堅果。

日常作息時間:睡眠1:00-7:30
生活型態:上班族、雙寶媽媽。
運動習慣:
1. 每週三天50分鐘的TRX課程
2. 每週一天50分教練課
3. 週末選一天做有氧,慢跑40分心跳約140或跳Jillian Michael 30 days shred level
1。
