[心得] 有氧與肌肉線條的心得
接觸重訓也已經有十幾年了
但是不論怎麼練,肌肉的線條就是沒辦法出來的很明顯
吃也是吃得相當的熱量低了
最近在健身房裡遇到一位老哥
身材就是那種拍內褲廣告的那種身材
他跟我說出一個他自己歸納出來的理論
就是重訓還是要照菜單去走
但是有氧絕對必須要做到一周6000大卡的消耗
也就是說每天重訓完,平均還要連接上800大卡的有氧消耗
一周重訓練六天,接下來花40~50分鐘跑步
沒有重訓休息的那天,需要跑超過一個小時,達到1200大卡
我這樣子過了兩個月,總算出來一些成果
雖然距離老哥還很遠。但是真的多謝老哥的提點
這種練法真的是在重訓和跑步中間需要一根香蕉,不然真的會腿軟
上禮拜被老哥拖去跑一個馬拉松,花了三小時20分鐘
差10分鐘可以達到參加民眾報名的標準
無奈老哥已經是早30分鐘到了還吃飽了早餐
原來每個健身有成的大哥大姊,背後都有相當能力的有氧實力
也許各位大大早就已經奉行這樣的生活規律
小弟我就是見識淺薄,有點心得就興奮得上來分享一下
