[問題] 只用啞鈴、伏地挺身、棒式的訓練效果
如題,
由於是上班族每天下班就頗晚了,不太可能在去健身房
最近想來在家練練身體,本身約172/72 體脂24,想請問
1.基本的棒式大致上要做到怎麼樣才算夠?一次撐幾分鐘呢?
2.啞鈴彎舉練到10KG 12下5組的二頭肌外觀大概是長多大呢?
3.伏地挺身是否可天天練?
