[問題] 睡眠時間對增肌真的有很大的影響嗎?
我本身是不需要睡太多的體質
一天大概晚上睡6小時、中午再補個半小時的眠精神就很好
可是幾乎所有健身的教練,都強調睡眠的重要性
好像睡不滿8小時就會對成效大打折扣,嚴重性不亞於錯誤的飲食和訓練內容...
想請問一下睡眠對增肌真的非常重要嗎?
如果一天只睡6小時會不會很浪費訓練?
有沒有什麼相關的理論或文章可以讓我讀看看

我知道睡眠不足->精神不好->訓練強度不高
但是我想問的情況是,假如睡得少但品質好,不影響精神和體力,訓練強度也足夠
單純睡眠時間少這點會不會有什麼負面回饋,使得訓練的成效被打折扣呢?
