[問題] 想減脂,重訓後可不吃東西嗎?
小弟跟一位女性友人會一起去健身。
她現在目標是要減脂,
現在她重訓完(晚上七點)之後,
不餓的話,她就只在小七買杯無糖豆漿當晚餐。
請問這樣的會幫助她減脂嗎?
還是會先減肌肉,反而減脂速度慢?
