[問題] 飲食方面請教
大家好
本身基代1800,體重94,骨骼肌38.8kg
體脂30%左右,根據之前大大提供的tdee
計算表,減脂需要熱量為2500(一週訓練
6天,三項pr150,160,100),
但是重點在於計算表內設定熱量攝取蛋白
質為體重2倍,脂肪攝取為體重0.9倍,
碳水為體重2.6倍,以上單位為克,
相當於蛋白質190g,脂肪85.5g,碳水247g
,對減脂來說,脂肪的量需要這麼多?
飲食以水煮為主所以沒攝取這麼多油脂
,畢竟油吃到85.5g滿恐怖的,故藉此請
教大家,謝謝.
(目前從6月到現在瘦了10kg,線條稍微出
來,力量沒減,有鑑於突然看到計算表的
數值,故上來請教)
