[問題] 重訓是否有缺點?

最近健身風氣越來越盛了
很多人也一直神化重訓的效果
不過我很好奇有沒有什麼壞處
因為說真的,重訓的人,多少都受過傷。拉傷事小,關節傷甚至演變成慢性傷
有一論點是說:姿勢正確就不會受傷。 有人能證明這論點嗎?
其二,健身實在難以避免保證每個動作都是完美,一組十下,一個動作五組,四個動作共
20組,二百個rep
一週五天1000個 REP
一年52週52000個rep
你能保證這五萬下,絕無失誤嗎?
當然不是要因噎廢食
所以想討論一下重訓有啥壞處?
如:有一說重訓自由基會增加,皮膚易顯老。如何排除?
另外,如硬舉,雖發力主要來自腿臀,但下背也承受很大的剪力。姿勢正確的前題下,脊
椎就絕無磨損的可能嗎?
重訓有什麼壞處,大家來討論一下吧
