[心得] 健身減重三個月心得
小弟在去年年底大概是突然頓悟
覺得都已經33歲了還是肥宅魯蛇一個,所以就去家裡附近的WG報名了
我去年底到WG入會時有量inbody
身高170 體重高達139.5 體脂爆表再爆表
小弟是服務業 11點才上班 所以基本上不太吃早餐
午餐跟晚餐大部分都是吃隔壁的自助餐
吃像下面照片那樣

但偶爾還是會將一餐換成麥當勞炸雞餐或是鹹水雞半雞
或是7-11的香草烤半雞,基本上就是以盡量攝取高蛋白質為主
晚上健身完會補充一杯好事多的乳清
運動部分,除非有事,不然九點下班後,約九點半就會至WG報到
所以一週至少會去運動6天
我沒錢請教練,只有一開始朋友教我基本用法
都是先快走半小時再開始重訓
快走從一開始只能時速3.6公里到現在可以到時速6.2公里
重訓大約一小時,以機械式器材為主,另外還有練臥推
大部分都是練五組 每組十下這樣 一小時多練6-8種器材
三個月下來瘦了約15公斤 inbody 數據如下
後面三個月的都是去馬光中醫量的

雖然有一點點成果 不過還是不太敢放照片上來
我相信大家一定不想看125公斤胖子的照片吧!
等我以後如果減到兩位數再試著拍照看看
