[閒聊] How to sweat like that?
今天趁著上課前去練胸,由於時間有限,所以就控制休息時間,在50分內練完
上週用槓鈴推胸,這週就改用啞鈴推
首先用40磅熱身,然後65、75、85繼續熱身,都做五下不力竭
之後直接拿95磅開始working set三組,8下、6下、4下..次數掉很快
最後換80磅做最後一組,10下,結束平板握推換上胸
這時候已經滿身大汗..椅子上也都是汗水(我有穿衣服練喔),我就拿了旁邊的紙巾擦一擦
這時旁邊有個老外也在握推..不過他比我早練,我都練完第一動作,他還在握推..
他看我在擦椅子,就笑笑的說:How to sweat like that?
旁邊另個老外就回:like fury~(笑)
我就苦笑的說..all about intensity..
後來仔細看..跟我這樣狂噴汗的老外並不多,雖然他們也都舉很重
不過他們的休息時間都拖很長..通常我做兩組完,有些人搞不好還在休息
這也難怪有的人一小時練完..有的人一天摸兩三小時卻還說沒效果 囧
