[問題] 核心肌群??
請問各位一個動作
有否練到核心肌群
我雙手吊在單槓上
此時身體呈180度
雙腳往上抬腳,使身體變成90度
我練完這動作,是覺得手/腹部有痠感覺
請問這動作有辦法練到脊椎邊的核心肌群嗎??
