[問題] 蹲著腳跟無法著地...
先小提一下,本人不是扁平足
但是蹲下的時候,腳跟就是無法著地,除非手抓著東西或是很吃力的把全身重心往前
導致我在做蹲舉的時候,上半身就很難維持直立的狀態
上半身往前傾的話感覺會傷到脊椎
所以以前曾經試過在做蹲舉的時候,腳後跟踩著槓鈴
不過目前練大腿的方法就改成機械式的,躺著腳往上踩那種
想請問有沒有板有也是跟我一樣的,蹲下的時候腳跟無法著地?
希望板有能提供一點更好的方法,不然我只好都用機械式的練大腿了(似乎沒差?)
