[問題] 拆槓?
Hello~ 版大們好
我想來問一種訓練方法, 它是一種很密集的訓練:
在大重量做到力歇之後, 不停歇,
馬上換輕一點的重量操... 習慣是拆上三次不同等級的重量
我是把這個方法叫做拆槓啦, 在健身房裡這樣跟人講似乎也有不少人理解
不過不知道這種訓練法的正確名稱怎麼說呢?
想了解更正確的做法的話, 版上爬文關鍵字應該找?

目前我是在臥推6~8組後, 看當天的狀況
以最後一組的重量去拆槓, 然後拆到沒力
休息後感覺還不夠爽的話, 會再重複拆的這個步驟一次
