雖然TCB第三次列追蹤還沒取消，不過怕又被搞一次還是申請退款
目前已拿到退款，感謝上一篇留言教學的鄉民
這邊提供回信範例給其他想退款的使用者
My goal is very simple: if I receive the cashback, I will keep the
subscription.
However, if ExpressVPN cancels or refuses to honor my TopCashback cashback
after I made the purchase, I consider that unacceptable and misleading.
If TopCashback is going to cancel my cashback after 30 days, I will report
this matter to consumer-protection authorities.
I do not want to go through this kind of refusal again. I need either a
refund immediately, or I will escalate the matter through the appropriate
consumer-protection channels and consider taking legal action.
這間未來不會列入考慮了
不知道是TCB的鍋還是VPN的就是了
