[問題] 每天慢跑五分鐘能瘦嗎
從小代謝不錯
只要一個禮拜上體育課跑兩圈操場都不會胖
自從上大學完全沒運動
臉頰旁就變得很腫
爬文是說代謝的肌肉都不見了才會這樣
想請問每天五分鐘1.2kmok嗎
是比大學前更賣力
但怕代謝肌肉長不回來了
還是基因不會變呢(這樣最好qq
