[問題] 多囊性卵巢症候群如何維持體重
昨天去看婦科之後發現自己有多囊性卵巢的症狀
會發現的原因是
我從7月開始恢復運動習慣到現在已經4個月了
(說恢復是因為我在3~6月因為太忙所以停了3個月)
本來是一個星期3天(跑步和瑜珈)到後來一星期5天(跑步和爬山)
但是體重不減反增 大概就是一個月1公斤的爬 體脂也從20多跑到23
當然月經也是一直沒給他來 每個月去掃一次超音波 醫生都說根本沒排卵
昨天和醫生問到這件事的時候 他只笑著說
月經不來人一定會一直胖 因為體內的雄性素太高了阿...Q__Q
我覺得好喪氣喔 很努力地想運動減肥結果一點用也沒有
月經都不來我也拿他沒辦法
我爬文發現大家都說要努力運動維持體重 到底要運動到甚麼程度阿?
如果我不維持這個運動頻率的話 又擔心身體會一直吹氣球的膨脹/___\
可以請大家給我一點意見嗎?
或是有沒有過來人可以分享經驗的呢?
