[刺青] 會不會有刺青師不刺這樣的位置?

想請問的是高雄的刺青師，
因為我之前是在台中刺(夜行刺青)，刺的是後腰，
現在想刺第二個刺青，但因為在高雄生活所以會在高雄刺，
我現在的想法是想刺在正面腰下面一點點的位置，
就是通常低腰褲的那條線附近，
想請問會不會有刺青師不接受這樣的位置?
想請問如果有在高雄刺青過的版友給我一點意見，
