[問題] 土航延誤賠償

前陣子土航延誤的關係，發現土耳其有個SHY passenger rights，依照他們的規定，所有起飛或降落在土耳其的航班以及土耳其航空公司執飛的航班涉及航班延誤、取消、拒絕登機、或降級座位等情況依照航線距離須提供現金補償。以IST-TPE為例，屬於超過 3500 公里國際航班應該可以申請 600 歐元的補償所以我就依照reddit上面的文章擬稿 (ref: https://reurl.cc/aZRyQY 到土航Feedback上面申訴，結果得到以下回覆: First of all, we apologize for the adverse effect of this irregularity on your travel plan. In our investigation, it has been determined that your TK0024 Istanbul – Taipei flight dated 06th of January, 2025 was operated with 364 minutes delay due to operational reasons.
