[問題] campsaver運費問題
在campsaver上面看到Big agnes有20%的優惠
於是就用力刷了下去了
在地址的選項選了Taiwan
而Shipping的選項最後只有顯是Best Available(TBD)
請問這個意思是之後有可能需要再額外付運費嗎?
因為買了帳篷跟Footprint就已經有超過400鎂
找了一下網路上的購物經驗都寫超過400鎂就可以免運
可是我最近卻收到客服的信件, 如下
Your order is currently pending we are assessing the shipping charge
since it will be shipping internationally.
We will get back to you as soon as we can with how much it will
cost to ship to Taiwan.
我在網站上也找不到任何相關文件寫說國際運費滿400鎂就免運
但在單品頁面上都有看到free shipping
請問我這樣到底是有符合免運資格嗎?
