[請益] 皂入模後出一灘水
各位板友不知道是否有遇過這樣的狀況
前幾天打了一鍋酪梨牛奶皂(奶冰製法)
配方如下
橄欖油200g(40%)
椰子油50g(10%)
棕櫚油50g(10%)
乳油木果脂50g(10%)
酪梨油150(30%)
NaOH 70g
鮮奶冰210g
1小時Trace入鮮奶盒模 沒有保溫和果凍現象
晚上有冒小汗滴
但隔天起床一看 居然皂面浮著約1.5mm高度的褐色水
我有用手摸 確實是水
脫模時皂本身沒有內凹 所以我覺得...應該是吸太多空氣中水分
但又很擔心是皂化不完全
請問有板友遇過這樣的狀況嗎?
