[閒聊] 台中costco退電動牙刷
最近帶著兩隻電動牙刷去台中
costco, 進行退貨。這是我辦會員以
來,累積消費超過4萬元,第一次退
貨。
我:攜帶舊貨兩隻電動牙刷,缺包裝,缺說明書。
先說結果:金額是569退刷!
店員:請問要退?
我:電動牙刷一隻刷沒幾次,刷頭就不會轉了。
店員:按開電源,觀察電動牙刷狀況
店員: 產品包裝呢?(質疑語氣)
我:丟掉了。
店員:說明書呢?(繼續質疑)
我:丟掉了。
店員: 我真的不懂它的刷頭是怎樣的(質疑語氣)
我: 用手指把握柄握住,剩下的部份就是刷頭了。
(店員依舊在刷頭刷柄自我打轉!)
店員: 轉開無線電,經理,經理。
bla, bla, bla......
店員:請問要退貨還是維修?
我:退貨 (心中os為了五百多的東西
維修也不知需要等多久,維修真的
沒動機!
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
此 時店員 開掃 我 的 國泰世華聯
名卡所以在此之前,都是店員動動
腦的時間,
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
店員: 請在這簽名。謝謝
我:這樣好了?
店員:會退刷到下次信用卡帳單。

其實退貨過程是算平順,但我個人
並不喜歡店員問這麼多問題,雖然
顯見店員的語氣也不是有禮貌的那
種,也不是有親切語氣的那種,而
是都沒有。
但店員也不會覺得我後面排了六七
個人,而需要問得更簡略!
然後,耐心的等,沒發票和包
裝也能換! 就像它costco牆上寫的
"你不滿意商品,就能退貨。"
