[問題] Costco買的Samsonite行李箱沒有保固
賣場名稱:Samsonite
賣場分店:台中中正店
商品名稱:Samsonite movelite extreme
問題描述:
八月的時候在好市多買了Samsonite行李箱
十月出國一趟回來之後,發現一顆輪子完全卡住
知道Samsonite有十年全球保固
於是,上網查了銷售據點,並把行李箱帶到這家中正店
店員看了我的行李箱後告知,在好市多買的Samsonite是平行輸入貨(水貨?)沒辦法享
有保固的權益。
其實聽到有些錯愕,所以上網尋求大家的協助
請問店員說的是真的嗎?
是否有人有相關經驗?

樓上說的沒錯。
我最後的處理方式也是退貨,並告知有一顆輪子卡住。
至於行李箱,最後還是摸摸鼻子跟經銷商買了,
畢竟行李箱是有感情的,不想突然間壞了只能換掉一途>"<
