[心得] costco烤雞完食法
先把它肢解腿翅膀吃完後(正常吃法)
再把雞胸肉撕成絲狀,留下雞頭/雞脖/雞腳( 有其它用途)
雞絲就有很多吃法了~
1.山東燒雞 :
雞絲拌上淋醬(做法如下)
淋醬:
白醋 一大匙
魚露 一大匙
糖 1/2大匙
香油 些些
蔥末 些些
冷開水 一大匙
辣椒末 一小匙(視個人口味,不吃辣者口不加)
蒜泥 一小匙
檸檬汁 一顆
拌一拌就是清爽可口的山東燒雞了~
(雞肉吃完,湯汁勿倒喔~,還有其它用途 XD )
2.雞絲飯: 顧名思義,就是把雞絲撲在熱乎乎的白飯上,淋上烤雞留下的肉汁
會忍不住多扒幾口飯喔 :
留下來的雞頭/雞脖/雞腳熬湯,熬出來的湯頭也不錯。加上香菇,更添香氣
可拿來拌麵,也很可口
也可加入火鍋料,添些高麗菜,做成火鍋,很很美味
山東燒雞剩餘醬汁,加入切片小黃瓜,又是一道清爽夏日涼拌菜
一隻烤雞4種吃法, C/P 值高阿~
